How much does a repair cost?
You get a fair-market estimate before anyone is contacted. For example, a split-AC service is typically Rp 350–550k and a common plumbing fix Rp 200–450k. Tukan quotes from a real price index, and the price is locked before work starts.
Is it free to use?
Yes. Chatting with Tukan and getting scoped and quoted is free. You'll see the full agreed price before you commit to any work.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
You confirm the job is done before it's closed. If something's off, Tukan steps back in and sorts it, so you're never left arguing with a provider in a language you don't speak.
How do you choose your providers?
Every provider is vetted and rated. New ones start capped on smaller jobs until they've completed several cleanly, so you get people who show up and do the work properly.
What if the provider doesn't show up?
Tukan re-matches another trusted provider at the same agreed price, usually within hours, keeping your scope, price and schedule intact.
Do you handle the language barrier for me?
